Refund & withdrawal policy

1. Scope & who this applies to
This policy explains how withdrawal (“cooling-off”), refunds, and billing complaints are handled for purchases related to JustOpinion, with emphasis on EU / EEA and German consumer rules.
If you are a consumer (Verbraucher), you may have a fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht) for distance contracts, subject to statutory exceptions.
If you are a business customer, statutory consumer withdrawal rights generally do not apply; your contract terms and general law govern.
2. Digital services & early performance
For digital content or services not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal may expire early if we begin performance after you give express prior consent and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once performance has begun. Many SaaS activations are structured this way under Directive 2011/83/EU as implemented nationally (e.g. in Germany).
At checkout for immediate activation, we ask for explicit consent to begin performance before the withdrawal period ends and for acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right may expire once service performance starts, as permitted by applicable consumer law.
3. How to withdraw
To exercise the statutory withdrawal right where it exists, send a clear statement to support@justopinion.online or use our support form. You may use the model withdrawal form below (optional).

4. Refunds
If a withdrawal applies or you are otherwise entitled to a refund under law or your contract, we will reimburse payments received from you without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment unless you expressly agree otherwise (without fees arising from the reimbursement).
If you requested service to begin during the withdrawal period and withdrawal is lost or value must be accounted for under law, we may charge a proportional amount for supplies made up to withdrawal.
5. Technical issues & goodwill
If something went wrong with billing or access, contact support@justopinion.online first. We handle good-faith disputes pragmatically but within legal limits.
